New intern at the CCFE

Célia du Plessis is a MA student in International Relations at the MGIMO University in Moscow. She graduated BSC in European Affairs from the European School of Social and Political sciences in Lille and started to focus on Eastern Europe and Central Asian regions when doing her Erasmus at the University of Tartu in Estonia. She is now specializing on energy security issues, political and economic development in the post-soviet area.

Celia worked at the European Union Delegation to Armenia in the Political, Economic, Press and Information section. There, she covered various topics, such as Human Rights’ protection, domestic violence’s issues, or anti-corruption projects.

Celia joined the French Chamber of commerce in Estonia in February 2018 as an intern and participates to the management of events organized by the association. She will put her skills and knowledge at the service of the Franco-Estonian cooperation.
